Our new Hubspot Specialist will implement and optimize our massive Hubspot CRM database of over 500K passionately engaged high-achievers and business leaders to help accelerate our growth trajectory. As our marketing automation ninja, you will sit at the very heartbeat of our enterprise and global impact.
We are seeking a ninja-skilled and proven Hubspot guru who loves all things marketing automation, database management and big campaign analytics to create massive results... and change lives.
WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…
- Analyze our existing Hubspot account to make improvements and implement service upgrades.
- Optimize our CRM, helping our unicorn team members serve our best members, so they can impact the world.
- Grow our campaign reporting systems so we can learn and increase our program enrollements.
- Expand the impact of our enterprise and mission by introducing new automation strategies for scale.
YOU'RE THE HIGH ACHIEVER WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF...
- You are weirdly obsessed with marketing automation and its ability to help people scale their positive impact.
- You have ninja-level expertise in multiple Hubspot Hubs and find great joy in helping teams maximize them.
- You have a wicked-awesome logic brain and love translating strategy into kick ass workflow and systems.
- You can build and read Hubspot reports like a fortune-teller reads tea leaves or tarot cards.
- You are an innovative creative thinker who actually gets shit done (and not easily offended).
- You’re an awesome teammate because you are fast, reliable, and do excellent work. We love speed!
- You are a good human being with high Emotional Intelligence. We have a strict ‘No A-holes’ policy.

COMPENSATION: BETTER than competitive with bonuses and unlimited growth opportunities.
