You Own The Creative.
As our Creative Strategist, you sit at the intersection of direct response thinking and visual creative execution. You concept the angles, write the copy, build the image ads, and script the videos. You work at the direction of our Campaign Managers, and you bring your own sharp instincts to the table. The best hooks on any given campaign might come from you.
This isn't a production role with a creative title. It's a thinking role that ships. You understand why ads work before you build them. You don't stop iterating until the numbers say so.
This role reports to the CMO and runs day-to-day alongside our Campaign Marketing Managers.
Full-time, remote, built for someone who thinks in hooks, builds toward conversion, and treats every ad as a hypothesis worth proving.
The Work, Specifically.
Ad Creative
Concept, write, and produce ad creative across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social: copy, image ads, and video scripts.
Hooks & Angles
Brainstorm and pitch hooks and angles that Campaign Managers can build campaigns around.
Image Ads
Build polished image ads independently using AI tools and design software: Canva, Adobe, or equivalent.
Video Scripts
Write video ad scripts built for performance, structured to hook, hold, and convert.
Test & Iterate
Treat every ad as a hypothesis and every result as data. Improve until the numbers say you're done.
AI As Leverage
Use AI aggressively across copy, image creation, and creative concepting. It's a core part of how this role operates.

- 04 You have the design ability to produce polished image ads independently, with AI tools and basic design software.
- 05 You have no resistance to AI. You use it across every part of your workflow, not just when it's convenient.
