As our Member Growth Director, you lead the experience, activation, engagement, retention, ascension, and advocacy journey across our entire member ecosystem. This is NOT a customer support role. This is a leadership role for someone who understands human behavior, engagement psychology, and how to turn members into raving fans and long-term advocates.
You will build the systems and strategies that help our members win fast, stay engaged longer, grow deeper inside our ecosystem, and enthusiastically share that experience with others. You see gaps before they become leaks. You move quickly, operate from data, and never confuse activity with impact.
This role reports to the CMO and leads cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, community, and customer experience.
Full-time, remote, built for someone who understands that member experience IS growth, and is ready to architect it at scale.
The Work, Specifically.
Member Activation
Build systems that get members to their first meaningful win fast. Early activation drives everything downstream.
Engagement & Retention
Develop initiatives that deepen accountability, participation, and transformation across communities, events, and programs.
Ascension & LTV
Map and optimize the member journey from entry through ascension: upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and strategic growth opportunities.
Referral & Advocacy
Lead referral campaigns and ambassador-style initiatives that turn satisfied members into passionate advocates who grow the community organically.
Data & Metrics
Monitor activation rates, engagement trends, referral performance, and ascension opportunities. Operate from scoreboards, not assumptions.
Team Leadership
Lead and align cross-functional teams with organization, momentum, and accountability. Build a culture of excellence, speed, and impact.
