As our new COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR, you will work arm-in-arm with our VP of COMMUNITY MARKETING.

Your personal role mission… and what you will love obsessing over:
To grow the Darren Hardy community by ensuring we consistently provide a ’13 out of 10′ WOW experience for those who engage with our brand and programs.

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…

Lead Member Experience Projects: Spearhead key member experience projects, improve processes and outcomes, and identify new opportunities to enhance programs and resources to drive community growth.
Drive Engagement Initiatives: Implement and manage engagement initiatives designed to increase member participation and interaction within the community, ensuring a vibrant and active community environment.
Develop Community Content: Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content for community posts, newsletters, and social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with members.
Organize and Execute Events: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, like meetups, office hours, and special gatherings, to foster belonging and boost member engagement.

Enhance Member Training Resources: Play a key role in updating and improving the DH Training Vault, ensuring that all resources are valuable, up-to-date, and easily accessible to community members.
Monitor and Analyze Member Metrics: Regularly track and analyze key engagement and retention metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve member satisfaction and reduce churn rates.
Capitalize on AI to Enhance Member Experience: Incorporate AI tools and tech to improve the member experience, automate processes, and scale community management efforts efficiently.
Expand Community Impact: Enhance and expand our community efforts to encourage more members to go deeper in their training journey with us and tell their friends & family about our community too.

YOU'RE THE HIGH ACHIEVER WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF...

You geek out on books, podcasts, or other resources that center on member or community experiences (for example, Fans First, The Power of Moments, and The Nordstrom Way).
You are deeply passionate about creating exceptional member experiences and using data to drive impactful community engagement.
You have experience planning events from the logistical nitty gritty to the creative WOW moments that people will remember.
You excel in both strategic thinking and execution, turning insights into actionable strategies that elevate the member experience.
You are an exceptional communicator with strong written skills, able to craft clear and engaging communications for our community members.

You thrive in collaborative environments, bringing a proactive and adaptable attitude to every challenge and project.
You're a problem solver and creative thinker who is not just thinking about the task at hand but always looking at the bigger picture.
You are fascinated by the potential of AI and have already started exploring how it can be leveraged to enhance member experiences. You see AI as a valuable tool and opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in community engagement efforts.
You’re an awesome team player because you are organized, reliable, and dedicated to excellence.
