WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…
- Manage member inquiries quickly, professionally, and with next-level service.
- Monitor and test all member-facing experiences: pages, links, assets, etc.
- Report quality issues (spelling, broken links, errors) before anyone else.
- Maintain and improve quality assurance checklists and SOPs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and performance.
- Be our OCE Lead; ensuring flawless execution, proactive-problem solving, and a seamless member experience.
- Proactively identify and track recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
YOU'RE THE HIGH ACHIEVER WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF...
- You have a member-first mindset and are obsessed with quality.
- You are detail-oriented, meticulous, and catch mistakes others miss.
- You have a growth-mindset and strive to be #BetterEveryDay.

- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and high-level customer service.
- You are well-versed in filtering good vs. bad systems.
- You have strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- You thrive collaborating with team/vendors.
- You are a QA Process guru and know how to document a solid SOP.
- You can use a website browser like nobody's business and find everyone's broken links.
- You have a knack for keeping things organized and structured.
COMPENSATION: BETTER than competitive with bonuses and unlimited growth opportunities.
