You’ll cut and polish training programs, broadcasts, and DarrenDaily episodes
—adding in slides, intros, outros, transitions, and edits that make the content fast-moving and visually engaging.
CREATIVE BRAND VIDEOS
You bring the sizzle. These cinematic-style videos build brand excitement around our events, products, and experiences. Think trailers, montages, and hype reels that captivate and inspire.
AD VIDEOS
You know how to grab attention and drive action. These videos are optimized for performance
built with direct-response principles, clear CTAs, and punchy, easy-to-follow captions.

YOU'RE THE HIGH ACHIEVER WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF...
- 5+ years of experience Video Editing experience
- You are well-versed in visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- You have strong graphic/motion design expertise and an eye for performance-driven content (what makes people click, buy, and binge)
- You utilize AI technology as your creative co-pilot and strive to stay on the cutting edge of tools that enhance your creativity and effectiveness.
- You are unusually driven and super detail-oriented!
- You have high standards for your work. Excellence matters to you.
- You have a growth-mindset and strive to be #BetterEveryDay.
- You have grit and thrive under pressure.
- And you looooove to hustle!
- Bonus: You understand (or have experience with) direct response marketing
